I think I've been ****med. Placed my textbook order on the 3rd of Jauary. Received a confirmation email on the 5th of January. Textbook has not been delivered to date. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. The phone line doesn't even ring...

25 Jan 2024, 18:46Update. Posting my complaint on Hello Peter did wonders. I chose the option where Hello Peter would forward my review to the book supplier. After weeks of unresponsiveness from the supplier, there was a sudden flurry of activity. 5 hours after posting my response, I received an email that a courier had been dispatched to deliver the textbook. It arrived at my house a few hours later. So at least now I can confirm that the company does actually sell textbooks. But the customer service on the whole was shockingly bad. If I hadn't posted this complaint, I don't know what would have happened. I do NOT reccommend this company.
