Complaint

Absolutely shocking service!!! Online order placed and paid on the 3rd of January 2020. They conveniently place their landlines and cellphones on voicemail. Called numerous times to follow up for collection was given excuses about amount of orders being processed etc. Received an sms and an email stating I can collect my order a week later. Only to collect and find out one of the books is still on back order due to no stock and the one book I am returning they will only do the refund a month later. If you can not operate a business properly then do not accept orders and payments from clients to give them an opportunity to go to another more efficient supplier. Then when you need to refund customers, it is fine to charge a handling fee but when they need to wait a month... that is down right theft! I will not recommend your company to anyone or any school. Overall bad business ethic.
