Are they a ****?

I orderded texbooks , in the website they indicated that thay may take about 14 days, fair enough i waited, whatvwas frustrating the most in the meantime they were not annswering their phones and not responding to emails, a month went by without receiving my order , i aske them to cancel and to refund me and looked somewhere else , the last time they responded was about a month ago requesting for my banking details, their phones are on voicemail, they are not responding to my emails,, im very frustrated i want my money back
