Tar and construction company

He came and quoted me to lay tar... He ordered the material and the job was not done correctly. 2 weeks later the tar is soft and if you park a car it sinks into the tar.... He wants more money to redo the job... Bunch of ****ers..... The company number on the invoice does not exist, they have a different company registration number with that name.
