Unpaid amount for new vehicle registration.

I purchased a Suzuki Swift from AMR in December 2014. Barnard Jooste ensured me that they will refund the payment for registration and licensing as soon as I send the proof of payment. I have sent him the proof of payment numerous times and he is no longer answering my calls nor responding. Its been almost 10 months and still no payment!!!<br> <br> I urge that anyone does not purchase a vehicle through Amalgamated Motor Retailers and Barnard Jooste to be particular!!!!
