Placing of ad without aproval from amalgamated business directory

<p>amalgamalted business directory ( contractors directory) phoned us to place a add onto there website for our thatching business, I told them to send me a email explaning what it is all about, about two weeks later we received a invoice for R 1200 , I rep**** back that we never gave them permission to place the add, they were so rude and merly stated its alreddy done, long story short I refused to pay, they have now blacklisted our company and placed on our add a comment of " this is a bad payer client" never speak to those people please, we cannot correct the mistake and they are threatining legal action now!</p>
