Billing for advertisenment I did not approve.

A consultant from Business Directories Contact me regarding a adverti*****t they want to put ON the internet for my company. I told her she can send it to me and I will have a look at it. At that time they were recording me with out my knowledge.She said she will send it to me and if i were satisfied and agree agree with it she will post it on the internet. They did not send anything to me. this was about on the 26th of April. Then after a week or so she send me an invoice for R2500 and told me I must Pay up. I send Email back to them and said i did not give them permission to Post it. Then they start phoning me and telling me I must Pay up or they going to Put me on the Bad credit list Itc . I asked them where did I give the go ahead for the listing, today on the 4th of May they send the listing, witch the wrong details on it. The company that they have on the does not even exist. At no point did I give them permission to place the listing as it is totally wrong. I asked her where did they get the details from as I did not provide them with any details of my company at any point.....................
