Billed for adverti*****t I did not approve

A consultant from Business Directories Contact me regarding a adverti*****t they want to put ON the internet for my company. She said what they do is, design a logo and put in on the Internet for you in the Business Directories . She said she will send it to me and if i were satisfied and agree agree with it she will post it on the internet. I told her she can send it to me and i will have a look at it and then we can go from there. At that time they were recording me with out my knowledge. They send it to me with some mistakes and I told them there it some problems and i do not want it at that stage because im moving my business to a other town they must wait a while. Then after a week or so she send me an invoice for R2200 and told me I must Pay up. I send Email back to them and said i did not give them permission to Post it. Then she start sending me mails i must Pay up or they going to Put me on the Bad credit list Itc . I told her to send me the recording i were not aware of at that point . I listen to it. At no point did I said a accept there terms and conditions . I said I will look at it and then go from there. This is like test driving a car and then forced to buy.
