DISGUSTING SERVICES ALL ROUND

Ref No *** booking was done and 50% paid, due to unforeseen circumstances the booking had to be cancelled. we were told our dep with will refunded in 14 days, today we have not received the money (two months later). we have made over 100 calls to the establishment and every time we are told the payment will be done by their accountant who doesn't have a name and his never available to speak too.
