Very bad and dishonest service by Amahlubi Funeral Service / Undertaker

Very bad service by the undertaker. On 30/12/2025 I spoke to Sanele of the undertaker on *** to arrange for him to collect the body of my cousin who passed away at Madzikane Hospital in Mount Frere. I initially asked him that we meet in the hospital on 31/12/2025 at 08:00, but we ended up agreeing to meet at 10:00, which was the time suggested by him as he said he had another funeral in the morning. At the agreed time (10:00) I phoned him to find out how far he was, but he told me that they delayed him at the other funeral, so he was estimating to get to me before 12:00. After 12:00 I phoned him several times to check how far he was but he was not answering my calls until I eventually phoned with another number that he does not know. Then the phone was answered by a child, who told me that they were at the garage in Qumbu (neighboring town). The child told me that Sanele was inside the shop, then I asked her to take the phone to him. When Sanele got the phone from the child he just hung up and then never answered it again. I then phoned another one of the three numbers of the undertaker which I had been given. The lady that I spoke to told me that she would find out how I could be helped. I was then phoned by somebody else who said his name is Dase and is phoning from the office. Dase told me that Sanele overbooked himself for that day and therefore he would like to offer to reimburse us our transport money and then we could come another day. I explained to him that we were coming from very far and it was a huge inconvenience for us not to finish what we came for, especially because we had an appointment. He then told me that he would send another car to come and help us. The other car arrived at 16:15, yet they knew very well that we also needed to go to Home Affairs to do a death certificate. When the other car arrived, Sanele suddenly phoned me and had the nerve to tell me that the car has arrived and they say we are not there, yet when they were getting lost inside the hospital they were shown the way by one of us. Due to their lateness we therefore could not do the death certificate on that same day, and therefore had to come back another day to do it. I then explained this to Sanele and indicated that we need to be reimbursed for the extra cost of having to go to Mount Frere the second time. We are far from the town and the estimate cost of going there with own car is about R500.00. Sanele kept promising to speak to the relevant people for us to get our reimbur*****t, but his story was never clear. He kept telling me that he would get back to me, but never did. Then when I make follow-ups he would drop the phone when I ask him specific questions. He did this until he then stopped answering my calls. The funny part is that their office were the first ones to offer us our transport money when they could not deliver on time. But now when we claim that reimbur*****t because they only came at 16:15 when Home Affairs was already closed, now their conduct is that of refusing. I do not know their email address, but I have the following contact numbers: Sanele: *** / *** Dase: *** Unknown name: *** Unknown name: ***
