Amahle Benefits Scheme provides ****py service

So my mom used to pay her premiums in cash and skipped 2 months. That is not an issue. The issue started when my brother passed away, and we visited the Vryheid branch to enquire on a way forward. The manager, Mr Gazu advised that the waiting period after skipping 2 premiums is 3 months. 3 months had already passed when my brother passed on. Therefore Mr Gazu filed the claim, but he did not seem like he understands company policy at all, we called the Johannesburg (Dobsonville) office because Gazu never came back to us, 2 ladies were both clueless of their own services as well. They kept saying they would call us back, they never did, we waited, but because we were under time constraints, we paid cash. So all-in-all everyone in this company have no clue what they are doing. He did not come back to us to advise if the claim was successful or not just like his 2 colleagues in Dobsonville.

After the funeral, my sister went back, Mr Gazu who was constantly on his cellphone, said he had received feedback from the head office, but when he was asked with whom he shared that feedback, he said he will still send it. We are still waiting for that feedback, a week later.

So is this the service Amahle gives to it's rural clients noma bajwayela abantu kabi nje all round? We want to see the clause with the waiting period terms, along with the feedback that we are still expecting. That bs on your email address is more like real BS!
