U*r*g*e*n*t - PLEASE REPLY TO MY E-MAIL'S : Amabhubesi Conferencing and Training

Dear Sir / Madam

URGENT – PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY ASSIST ME !!!

I trust that you are well. Please can somebody at Amabhubesi Conferencing and Training be so kind as to reply to the e-mails that I have sent to them - but still with no response. I am still awaiting training details which I have requested on numerous occasions.

The challenge that I am experiencing is that I have had hassles with the Company since booking training with them last year.

On 14th August 2015, 2 x bookings were made for our clients to attend the Maritime Law & Administration Masterclass in Durban from 9th - 10th September 2015, but challenges arose from the date that the Enrolments were sent to Amabhubesi Conferencing and Training.

The wrong invoice initially issued and had to re-issued, problems with the booking / confirmation of the training venue, incorrectly issued certificates, delay in receiving the corrected certificates and no response in regards to the numerous e-mail sent requesting a credit in respect the training attended and then even further constant follow-up e-mail communique and telephone calls to request an updated training schedule so we could use the credit note that was finally issued.

The credit note expires at the end of September 2016 and I am still awaiting feedback about updated course costs, venues for Durban where our client is located.

I have sent e-mail’s to the following e-mail addresses : ********** / ********** / ********** / ********** / ********** / ********** / ********** ********** / ********** / ********** / **********

Please would somebody at Amabhubesi Conferencing and Training be so kind as to reply to my e-mail communique ?

The credit note that was issued by Amabhubesi on 21 September 2015 for our client in the amount of R15,998.00 is going to expire and this simply is not fair or just, that our clients, who had to endure 2 days of expensive, inferior and unsatisfactory training in September 2015, lose out on utilising the credit note issued by the then General Manager, who has since left the employ of Amabhubesi Conferencing and Training.

Thanking you in advance for your urgent assistance herein.

Kindest regards
Charmaine Gibson (Mrs)
