Received a trial offer for the eye serum and skin cream. "Just pay shipping and handling" and get your "free" trial!!! 30 days later I'm charged 8/7/17, $89.92, then again 8/15/17, $89.95. When I called customer service they told me because I didn't call to cancel within 14 days, I was charged for the product and a membership........ARE YOU F'NG KIDDING ME?........needless to say they did not want to refund me. I told them I would call my bank. Told them they were ******** people.......I ended up receiving a 50% discount on each charge...how gracious of them.......KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BEFORE YOU JUMP!!!!!
