Deducting money when promised they would not

I had a similar problem that I never received the products, constantly emailed them to tell them this and to inform them not to charge my credit card. Even though I eventually received confirmation that they would not charge me for any items, they charged R3500 to my credit card yesterday. They now tell me it was my responsibility to return the items. Except, how could I return them if I didn't receive them???<br> <br> This company is a complete **** and are using fine print and incompetence to ***** from people. <br> <br> Be careful, they also go under Cellapurio, garcini cambogia and Mitoslim.
