Hopeless Car Dealership

Good day. I purchased a car last week Monday and the deal was declined I did a deposit of R35000 and was advised that it would be refunded last week Tuesday it one week lately and I'm still waiting for my money. Every time I phoned they just keep saying it will be reversed. I am tired and I want to now take legal steps I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a car there they just ******.
