Refund PLEASE

Dudu you better sort out my refund for my customer. They quality of takkie you gave was PATHETIC. My cx has been waiting since last year. You quick to take money but when there's an issue the customer can wait. I'll be opening a case at SAPS if I don't get that refund ASAP
