I want my money back because they failed to help me

They were assisting me in registration transfer of house I payed them but now they are delaying the process and lately I can't get hold of them... Now I want my money back I've been waiting since 2020 since the process has started. I want AM QINISILE ATTORNEY'S TO PAY BACK MY MONEY
