I contacted Maritsa regarding a quote for an assessment of a house (structure). She phoned me for clarity on the work to be quoted. She emailed me the quote, which was approved and returned. In no time the Engineer Inspector, Riaan, contacted me for an appointment. He clarified the requirements of the job. He made a plan to come out early as it was urgent and did a thorough job.
