Misleading information costed me money

On the 16 Novemebr, I contacted the head office of Builders Hardware, confirming about the time their branch in Willowvale closes. I was told that they close at 16h00 and even their website says the same. I drove about 114 KM from Mthatha to Willowvale, when I get there at 14h00, to my surprise the branch was closed. I then contacted the head office again and the lady who helped me also confirmed that the branch closes at 16h00. I explained my experience to her and she was very willing to assist, to an extent of contacting the branch manager but without winning. I hired a bakkie, wanted to sort out my refund and also buy some items. So this means I payed a bakkie and also a transport for nothing, because of being misled by the company's website and the staff members. Not even one person from the management contacted me to apologize about the mistake that took place. Now I need someone to tell me, how are we sorting this out, before I go viral.
