Customer service etiquette is dismal.

Their services are sh*t, no telephone etiquette whatsoever, sh*tty attitude all round. This the first and last time I give them any business related with me.

How you tell me my order will be delivered first thing in the morning, but when I call to query about why it hasn't been delivered yet, you drop the call on me. Then ignore my presence on the 2nd call while talking to other people in the background. Then the ***ced up part of ignoring my calls outright, when all I want is what I have already paid for.
