<p>Called them out to repair my washing machine. They said it was the pump that was broken. Paid labour and cost of parts to replace (didn't give me a receipt despite my asking). Didn't wait to see if it was working, and of course, it still wasn't. Called them back to come repair properly this time (they say now the PC Board). Made three appointments, none of which were kept. Never heard from them again. </p>
