AM Appliances Repairs ****med me

I approached AM Appliances to repair my fridge. I spoke the a person names Alvin with contact number *** and he sent people to fix my fridge. The fridge is still not working and I paid R2550 to fix it. When I call him he doesn't pick up my calls or return them. I sent watsaap messages to no response. When I finally got hold of him I asked for my refund but still nothing. The part they fixed in my fridge was for Hisense yet my fridge is Defy and also the wires were not connected properly. Alvil has an evil heart and a lier who ****s woman and disguise as assistance. The other day I called him he said he's too busy so which means I'm less important and he dropped a call on me.
