Poor customer service

I bought ***s food grower and sow and boars, on the 20th of July 2021 wrong food was loaded in my car instead of sow and boars was given chicken maintenance, we stay 50km away from Polokwane in Ga-Mphahlele. And now I'm when I complained to the store the lady who a I believe was a store manager or a senior, gave me a bad attitude. They should have a better way to handle customers complain. Their mistake costed me extra money and compromise on the feeding of my ***s
