Nightmare service

<p>On 22 March, I was allready waiting in front of alzu store at 07:30, store opens at 08:00. At 07:55 they opened the doors, so i run in, only looking for aqaurium sand "fish tank sand" not gravel. Then this cashier yelling at the workers in rude way to get the goods out the store faster, was just a start for yet to come, so in another rude way she tells me she is in the fish business for more then 10years and never heard of fish tank sand, only gravel. If she doesnt know her business, she has no right to let me feel stupid, I know fish tank sand does exist. She need more researched! Then while in the conversation she yelled again at the workers to carry out the goods that they usely advertise outside, like feeding drums etc. So the workers tell her I had parked in the space. So then I tried to do my business faster so I could get out of the way. So then I asked if they have breeding boxes for fishtank, she rep**** no and when I asked my 3rd question, she responded: u know just move the car so we can carry out the goods. Very rudely. Me really angry at this point then just drove of. This Alzu in Groblersdal will never see me again. Would rather buy my dog food and fish goods at another store. Missing the older lady that worked there, this new cashier has no clients experience! And being bossy, with attitude with collegues in front of clients was just upsetting.</p>
