Bad attitude, very rude and abusive

I would like to report B Botha who works at alzu Polokwane. She is always abusive and angry for no apparent reason. She is always impatient, rude and very abusive. Always complaining and a very bad influence to other customers. She doesn't act her age. She should learn to treat other people well
