Disappointing Cleaning Services

I got Alyson Upholstery Cleaners to clean my couches, which they charged me R1100 for a 3 seater, a day bed, ottoman and a recliner. It was just a wash, no scotch guard. When I asked the gentleman about the marks I saw, he rep**** in saying that it was the way that the material is and I must remember it is wet. I immediately sent it to Alyson, which she said to me that she will call the team back to clean it properly. They did not return. After many whatsapps and calls, another lady answered by the name of Noma and was very rude and dropped the call. I have messaged her several times and now wanted to charge me an extra R250 call out fee. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR DUTIES IN CLEANING YOUR UPHOLSTERY PROPERLY.
