Blocked paid access

I am deeply disappointed with ALX. I made my payment as required, yet I have been blocked from accessing my coursework for over two weeks now. Despite following up, the system still doesn't reflect my payment, and this has set me back significantly in my studies.

I take my learning seriously and have been doing my best to stay on track, but ALX has shown no urgency in resolving this issue. It’s unacceptable for a learning institution to delay student progress, especially when the fault is on their side.

All I ask is for my access to be reinstated immediately so I can catch up with my work. I have proof of payment and have comp**** with all requirements. Please resolve this urgently, this delay is affecting my education and peace of mind.
