Poor, terrible service at "ALWAYS NEW" Shop

My wife bought a item on 01 April 2018 from "Always New", the Sunward Park, Boksburg branch. She tried to exchange for another item on 04 April 2018 but they are very unhelpful, arrogant and full of excuses. I phoned the manager and his attitude was even worse, put the phone down on me because he was not prepared to listen to my explanation. Please be careful to buy any item from him, please don't support such unprofessional, arrogant shop owners, they don't deserve to survive as bussiness
