*********** Staff lacking customer service experience

I am truly upset and disgusted with the service I recieved at the shop today. I had bought items on the 11 January 2020 on a late afternoon. When I got home as I was unpacking my packages I realized one of my items(Selfie stick) was broken. Returned it to the shop today 18 January 2020 in its original packaging and receipts there. I didnt ask for my money back however requested for an exchange. Which the receipt also states in the terms and conditions which I didnt even contravene. I didnt get any joy, was sent from pillar to post and told to come back which again will be my expense on petrol to be able to get service.
