The worst service
I want to start by saying do not waste your time with this place. I am disgusted with the service I am getting from Alveston Manor in Middleburg. I bought a lovely package on daddy's deals made an immediate payment for a romantic overnight stay with dinner breakfast a spa treatment for my husband and myself everything sorted with the place booking confirmed for the 11/11/17 we obviously made arrangements preparing for this trip. I got an email from Alveston Manor saying that they need to move us to another date they have a problem with the rooms. I'm like why everything was confirmed etc.im then told that they want to book us into another hotel (****ed off even more at this time cause I'm being passed off like ****) to a place that is not even up to standard "so that it is NOT an inconvenience " how the hell is this, not an inconvenience we getting less than what we paid for we not getting what was promised to us we must use our petrol to drive back and forth for breakfast (that was supposed to be served in bed) we must drive for dinner to their place then come for our spa treatment. I mean now really so I asked for my money back as they are at fault and in breach of contract I am told no they have a non-refundable policy if the boss agrees they will only refund a partial amount and I must call daddy's deals to get the rest of my money (use my airtime) I told them this is **** service. My husband called today this woman has the nerve to say I was rude who is at fault i ask again how can they treat this with such a don't care attitude and we must just dance to their tune?....this is the best part the reason they need to move me is cause they had someone for 30days that wants to extend their stay *** 30 days the person was there they didn't know they wanted to stay longer ??? she tells my husband that it's their policy they cant put the person out but they breaking the law by breaching the signed contract they have with me which makes me wonder what the real issue is here. Am I not a paying customer I did not get this for free I work ****** hard for my money and this was supposed to be a special time for my husband and me. What disrespect! I will not leave this matter they do not value their guests and that is ********* behaviour no integrity whatsoever.
