BAD QUALITY POOR FINISHES

Finishes were not up to standard. They did not disclosed important finish information because their program does not allow for details. The lady in the office is rude. They want payment but standard of workmanship is not good, and I offered them oppurtunities to correct, but they tell lies an make if we are ********* for not paying the final amount because of poor finishes.
