Empty promises

I've paid a deposit to Junia Lutchman 28 July and to date await installation of my doors. He has made several excuses, from glass delays to workers not pitching etc, I even canceled 2 of the 3 sets of doors due to losing faith in his ability to deliver . He avoids my calls and makes empty promises. Absolutely pathetic and *********.
