Bad Service

I had a water pipe burst on 2015/10/03 and I phoned STD HomeOwners Insurance. After a few issue with my details after 4 years the claim were registered. The isurance appoint Aluwani Plumbers and they came. didn't do anything. When I question that all they say they waiting for builder. Monday builder arrived open ceiling and they still didn't do anything, now the roof must be taken off. Bank phoned on Thursday and say I can get my own plumber and sent invoice to them and my bank details. I sent the Invoice to them and now they don't want to pay the invoice less excess. My plumber fixed the issue without taking roof off. Why couldn't the plumber off bank? What about all the water that I had to waste because of incompetence of the plumber. I had phone calls from Zantelle Oosthuizen and Asherdene from bank, they informed me that they only pay out what Aluwani Plumbers Quoted them.
