Aluview has no after sales service

I ordered a shower door from Aluview in April 2019, the door was fitted a week later. In about 6months the shower door hinges started disintegrating, I called the office for help to get it fixed, there was no response. I called again several times, still no help. I ended up sending an email to the director Brandon in December, now we are in Feb, still no response.
