Good day to all. It's with a heavy heart I write this review. Alluvert Blinds Germiston treated me like I'm a dog, after spending almost 100K their sales director Ian told me to take my business elsewhere just because I questioned his staffs behaviour. He told me that he will email me his competitor's contact details so that I should rather do business with them. I went to collect the order that caused so much issues and this time he called me into the boardroom and told me not to purchase a sample book as he's already told me to take my business elsewhere, bear in mind in the event I have to repair or exchange will Ian chase me out like he did? I asked him if that's how he treats customers then he threatened to call security. I've never been humiliated like that before, in front of his staff and in front of other clients how could a sales director be so cold. I asked him who does he report to and his response was Europe. Not only was I thrown out and treated like a dog but I was also humiliated in front of my life partner not only at their offices but also on the phone when I'm being shouted at by customer service ladies. Please help me reach my message to their General Manager as they have made sure I can't
