Absolutely pathetic servce

I cannot even begin to state how absolutely furious I am with your customer service - or rather, utter lack thereof..

If it wasn't for my email below yesterday, no-one would have BOTHERED TO COMMUNICATE with me, to tell me there was an issue with my order, or how it would be remedied. It is beyond poor customer service.

And then not even to mention the failure to deliver your product on time. The deadlines keep on shifting all the time. If I had known that this is how you operate, I would never have done business with you. Quick to take money, but then no delivery, and no communication.
