Alusa Marketing K*** claiming to be a lead generation company working on behalf Car Track is a sham. Please beware of ******** and chancers who prey on the desperation of those desperate for jobs! Had an encounter with Dakalo Maluma who is apparently head of recruitment and marketing, she was the one responsible for the hiring of "Stay at home opportunities" She is very rude and lacks business ethics and values. The manner in which the business is run is shady and whenever she is asked questions she becomes defensive and rude to the employees. On the first week of "training" she claimed that we would be given tools, training and guidance for the duration of the probation but none of that was done. They use the Vicidial system for lead generation but she herself does not know how the system operates. When asked for meetings or email for her boss or IT person she claims to have other commitments and ditches us the whole day. All communication is done on WhatsApp. Their office number which appears on the website does not work and her cellphone number that she gave us only works for texts. We asked for reports of the work which she never provided and everything else which is supposed to be generated in the system they use is a copy and paste from internet and screenshots. The "so-called-contract" was sent in word document edited and had many faults and not even a letter head nor signature of the managing director. When employees ask for assistance and demanding answers she tells them to exit the group because they have attitude. She has no social media presence and very little is listed about the company on the internet. As a sales person you are told to only make a call to the customer but not close the deal as "She will do it herself" Their pay rate says "R1750" for training employees which they never paid out.
