Playing hide and seek with my deposit

I have been staying at Letaba 202, Sunnyside and moved out of the flat on the 28 March 2015 and until today I have not recieved my deposit. I have been calling Alumni tradings almost everyday but they always say they are on the other phone they will call me back, but no one calls me back. On the 29 of April 2015 I went to their offices and they told me my money will be in my account the following day (30 Afril 2015). I never recieved any money from them. When I told them I did not get the money they said it takes 7 days to show on the account. Seven days later I called them again, they told me they never recieved my money from the previouse angent (FITZANNE ASTATE). I called FITZANNE ASTATES and they said they transferred the money to Alumni Trading on the 10 November 2014. I want to know why is this company playing hide and seek with me. Sometimes when I call they always claim Renne is on the other call she cant take my call she will call me back and she does not call me back. I want to know if this company is froud or legit. I am planning to take legal action because I really need that money (R3400).
