I ordered aluminum windows and a door in about November/December 2019. nceba ndobe, the owner quoted me about 22k and required a 60% deposit which I immediately transfered (lower caps for the proper noun deliberate due to a lack of respect for fellows like these). From the outset the very first project of installing the door proved challenging. Both the quality of material and workmanship was tardy and substandard,may I also add, the job was performed from 20h00 to 22h00 after I insisted on it. At this point I realized there was going to be completing the next phase of the project and I scaled down everything to the amount I had already paid him. He failed to deliver on this project again despite me allowing him the opportunity to set his delivery date. You know then that at this point you are going to get the story and the other. I then cancelled the deal and demanded money back. He still has not paid at the time of writing this review, June 2022. What I find interesting is I saw his profile pic the other day advertising himself as available and standing for a councilor position in Naturena. I thought to myself no wonder local municipalities in this country are in such shambles. So my advice is DO NOT TOUCH THIS SOUL!
