Poor Quality and Service

We had our balcony enclosed a year ago & our building contractor's regular aluminium windows supplier was unavailable. He used Aluman Cape & we are definitely regretting the choice. The 1st mishap was when the sliding windows didn't lock properly & then one of the handles broke. That was ok, as they came &repaired it quite quickly. However, every time it rains (in Cape Town this can happen often), we have found leaks in different areas. They have come & repaired the leaks 3 further times, using silicone. It rained a couple of weeks ago & we again had leaks in 2 different places & one of the corners has since become mouldy. After some difficulty getting commitment from Aluman to yet again come & repair the windows, we agreed on a morning appointment last Friday. I took the day off to get the window sorted.. I messaged Chris @11 & he told me that the \artisan"had already contacted me for an appointment at 12?? No calls or contact after"
