Poor installation/design of a shower screen,

I currently have a shower screen that is unusable - less than a month after it was installed. I have Whatsapped the lady who liaised with me about installation, rung the company and asked to speak to the boss (I was promised a callback but no joy) and emailed but no response. No one has called me, and no one has come out to see the broken shower screen. Very disappointed - I paid a lot of money for it and they are completely uninterested in helping me resolve this. I emailed them on 18 October to advise it is unusable.

With hindsight I see now that the service was poor from the word go.

TIme to involve my attorney I think!
