Bad service

Morning, I really write this report with a bleeding heart, I lost more than R1000 thousand worth of goods to the storage, my account was having an over due of R4540.00, I paid a March may and June 2014, but on the 8th of August 2014 they auctioned my staff without any notification. I only realised when I went to them to find out about my settlement on the 28th of February 2015. I asked why I haven't received a call or letter of final demand or sms from them they started bluffing and claiming they did. I asked them to give a proof that they did maybe haven't received it by default, they became so harsh and never wanted to listen to what I have to say or feel but kept on saying there is nothing they can do. <br> but what pains my heart more is that I kept on paying even after they auctioned my staff but the just took my money whithout them informing me that my staff was long sold a only realised when I visited them as mentioned above. will attach? the proof of payment after my staff was sold. <br> and the print out I got from them on the 28 of February 2015. some of the things that were on the storage include: Restonic queen bed, fridge, russel hobbs kettle and microwave, please help
