Awesome service by Jacques Briel and his team! I contacted AluCape in early January as I urgently needed to get a window fixed in our house. Despite offices being still officially closed due to the holidays, I got a reply from Jacques. Communication was smooth, seamless and absolutely on point and the window was fixed in no time. But what really topped it off for me was that Jacques called about an hour after the team was done to follow up and make sure I was happy with the service. I must say: I wasn't only happy, I was blown away!
