Alu solutions glass and aluminum windows

We are currently doing aluminium windows with Alu solutions, we are having a really nasty experience and getting "blamed" by their staff for this, and Alu solutions staff and the manager Roger have been screaming at us on the phone! Apparently there has been miscommunications between Raj the rep that helped us and who has now left and their workers and their office. I do not see a reason however to upset a customer who has taken time off from work to make space in the rooms and cover everything and move out furniture where they would be working. The staff would not give me the owner, Trevor Naickers phone number. We have spoken over and over for help to Dionne, who said " just leave it for now because Trevor will not take our calls" , Roger who is the manager and who I think Trevor needs to talk to because he is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional for a manager, and Rashnee who later agreed that they were wrong and should have helped us and she was "trying" yet nobody came back to us. We have explained to the staff to please help us because my husband has a heart condition, I am unwell, and that we are pensioners. The job has been left incomplete till next week because of poor planning. So people, who wants this kind of service and this kind of response, attitude, lying,screaming from any company!!!!!
