He proceeded to tell me the damage will be at my expense (not his company). Then he **** about his services when confronted. He should never have sent his team had he not accepted the business. He should have company insurance for this type of accidents that cover his team. He should never have taken the business if he could not fix it. He should have warned me about the risk and liability ahead of time.
