STAY AWAY FROM ALU ADDICTS (Pty) Ltd - ABSOLUTE ALUMINIUM IN RANDBURG

All I can say is do your homework before going anywhere near this business, I called them to do a very minor service and repair on a shopfront for an International Brand that has stores in all the big regional malls nationally. I was sent and invoice and in good faith paid all upfront as they needed to purchase ''materials'' for the repair. I was promised that they would be on site the following morning which never transpired, I followed up daily to be informed that they went to site and carried out the service but they would however need to return the following day to replace a component, I took the word of the MD Gabriel Engelbrecht ( who was the only person i dealt with) that they would return the following day, I followed up constantly the whole day and long and short of it is that they never returned to store, to make matters worse i was told by store manager that NOBODY from Absolute Aluminium was ever at the store, (not even the previous day) Gabriel doesn't have the ***** to answer calls and **** the entire day in fact he was on his way to site at 13.37pm from Randburg to Sandton and at 16.35 he was still not there he was evidently stuick in traffic (during Covid when there is no traffic let alone take 4 hours) I sent him another Whatsapp sasking why he was not there to get the response " Thats ok dont worry i will refund you because I have enough pressure as it is" I will never see that money again and neither will anyone that decides to use this company Stay Away from them they are con artists of note!!
