Not a happy customer!

I am a regular and am very disappointed with the experience the past month. A certain waitress, who attended to us today and previously, obviously hates her job and is extremely unaccommodating to clients. I brought a friend from abroad for lunch, and it was too much of a hassle to get seating by means of moving a couple of chairs around. Not friendly or welcoming, and quite happy to see us leave in my opinion. I feel management should take note of waiters' attitudes as it makes or breaks the dining/welcoming experience quite easily. An added note; usually I would give them a 5 star rating food wise - however with my last experience (when we were actually accommodated...) they slacked with their meat platter, which would consist of a variety of cold meats. We had a platter of only Parma Ham, no varieties. It was great... but just saying: not what is stated as per menu. I have been working in the hospitality industry, mainly wine farms, for the past ten years and this is NOT okay.
