Provident fund not paid

I am now sick and tired of being tossed around by Sanlam and Altron Nexus, I just want my provident fund please. Sanlam says Altron Nexus needs to email the right last contribution date I have mailed the HR team at Nexus. Sanlam and Nexus have not responded to say this was sorted, this begging of my provident fund is depressing , I have a 7 month old baby who needs formula and medication. Please can someone assist.
