Altron Heathtech, what a disgrace

Our practice have been dealing with this company for almost two years and it has been a disaster. The staff is completely and utterly ***********. When requesting assistance with their software they address the wrong issue or cause more issues than they solve. They are then unavailable to fix the issues and make you wait untill they have time for you again. They have also been billing us incorrectly for the past 6 months. We receive no invoices or statements and when you try to address the problem you get told that "management" will get back to you. They never do. We have been battling for over two months to get any type of reaction from "management" on this issue but nothing happens. In the meantime the *****ulent debit order was deducted again this month. If you have a medical practice steer clear of this company unless you want your time wasted and money ******. This company is a disgrace.
