Samsung Voucher - Reality or a ****???

Altron is managing the voucher redemption service on behalf of Samsung South Africa. Bought a qualifying product 3 weeks ago. Had a problem claiming the voucher for about a week, mailed Samsung South Africa, and was advised to mail Altron. 2 weeks and no acknowledgement or response from them. Tried copying in the Samsung mail address but it appears this only works when you mail from the website which I did again. You cannot reply to the initial mail from Samsung as it initially does not go through and eventually fails. Disgraceful from both companies.
